I ever start first with the horse colocartion, after I make de background :~

I think the horse looks like it is sinking into the ground (note how the back legs appear to go into the ground *not just talking about the dust*)
Now the front legs... The shoulders (do they call em shoulders? It has been a few years since i have worked with horses) look too close together.
To increase the compositional look of the pictue i think it would be better to have the horse leaning to the side a little making a turn it makes for a more dramatic picture. (personal opinion)

I agree with Rafica (yes, I did read all your previous comments) about the neck. Something seems really odd about it. Perhaps it's too small?
